Application

Generic soaps do work for sure, but it also dries the skin and make it itchy overtime, and it gets worse if you like hot showers as hot water dries the skin as well.
For me, 1 pump is sufficient for me if I wanna be economical, 2 pumps if I feel generous. Just leave it on until the foam is gone and the minty feel creeps in, and just as easily to rinse it off without any soap leftover for me to scrub it off.
And guess what? the fresh minty feel do stay awhile after my shower.
